Bee’s birthday fell on a Saturday this year, and she’d been super organised and booked it off over a year ago so that we could have a lovely camping birthday weekend together
We headed off to the absolutely stunning Llyn Peninsula in absolutely glorious sunshine. The whole weekend was just brilliant – the campsite that we found was just a 20 minute stroll along the coast to this amazing little pub on the beach that could only be accessed on foot, and the sun shone for us the entire time we were there! Highlights included the most beautiful sunset that we’ve ever seen, incredible steak sandwiches watching the stunning sunset and some amazing scenery with rather good company

Happy birthday! That looks like a mighty camping sandwich, and what a perfect sunset too. Need to remember to book my birthday off next year!
